Cool water. Painting from the collection of the Rijksmuseum

The Gouda Museum hosts an exhibition “Cool water. Painting from the collection of the Rijksmuseum ".
Visitors will find an excellent selection of 38 paintings and 1 medal from the collection of the Rijksmuseum. The paintings on display include works by great masters such as Jan van Goyen, Salomon van Ruisdael, Hendrik Willem Mesdag, Jacob Maris and Isaac Israel, as well as pearls from lesser-known artists.
The Cool Water Project is not only an opportunity to enjoy fantastic works of art, but also to raise awareness of the future of our water management. What if the sea level rises by 6 meters, and what the Netherlands will look like in 200 years?
