Autocrat of All Russia. Holiness and greatness of power

Moscow Kremlin Museum and Hong Kong Museum of Cultural Heritage to organize an exhibition “Autocrat of All Russia. Holiness and greatness of power ".

The exhibition features over 230 items from the Kremlin collection of unique exhibits. Some monuments are exhibited for the first time outside of Russia.

The exhibition is dedicated to the era of the "Moscow kingdom" - when in the XVI-XVII centuries. a colossal Eurasian power was created under the control of the Russian autocrats. The exposition is intended to give an idea of the image of the Russian sovereign, to tell about the most significant aspects of state life that required the personal participation of the monarch, as well as the theme of the Russian tsar's family life - an area where the personal interests of the autocrat were closely intertwined with those of the state.
