Exhibition May 21 − August 8, 2021
The Far Eastern Art Museum together with the Museum of the History of Khabarovsk is holding an exhibition "Lived once…".

The exposition presents thematic paintings, objects of peasant life are presented - spinning wheels, dishes, household appliances of the 19th century, Old Russian amulets, Russian costume, objects of decorative and applied and folk art of the 19th-20th centuries.

Paintings from the museum's funds are represented by works of masters of the 19th century, when a man "from the plow" began to be perceived by the artist as a "bearer of the spirit of the nation." It is no coincidence that at this time the genre of genre clearly dominated in painting. It allowed the artist to represent vivid types and characters, to act out typical situations in front of the audience from the life of various strata of society.
