Goya. Graphics from the collection of the Prado Museum

Exhibition June 25 − October 3, 2021
National Gallery of Victoria hosts an exhibition Goya. Graphics from the collection of the Prado Museum ".

The exhibition features more than 160 works by Francisco Goya (1746–1828), created on paper and demonstrating the artist's extraordinary imagination.

Goya, the author of the turn of the 18-19 centuries, is now considered one of the first truly relevant and contemporary artists. In humorous sketches, with images of violence and surreal flights of fantasy, he presented a vision of humanity that was unmatched in the art of the time.
