The Vrubel Omsk Regional Museum of Fine Arts presents
anniversary exhibition of Georgy Kichigin's paintings from the museum's collection.
The jubilee exhibition of 2021 in the museum is the third personal exhibition. The exhibition features 28 paintings created between 1979 and 2011.
For the 70th anniversary of the artist the museum for the first time presented to the audience almost in full works of the talented Omsk painter from his collection (one - is currently on display at the exhibition "Century of incomplete utopias"). Many of the exhibited works are familiar to viewers of the older generation. Presented at all-Union, all-Russian and international exhibitions, in the museum halls of the country and the Omsk House of Artists, they have brought the author well-deserved recognition far beyond Russia.
