ART4 Museum presents a personal project by Linor Goralik
"Dressing Demons: The Daily and Parade Costume of the Inhabitants of Hell.".
Viewers will see more than 80 exhibits, including handmade dresses, costumes, jewelry, dolls, found objects, installations and mixed media works.
The works reveal seven themes, each of which is devoted to a separate section of the exhibition: from the theme of using clothes as one of the coping strategies in the face of constant suffering to the theme of costume as a tool for preserving identity, from the theme of needlework as a method of coping with unbearable Maya to the theme of carnival as a method of survival.
