Myths of the Anthropocene

The multimedia interdisciplinary exhibition project "Myths of the Anthropocene" by the artists Katerina Sadowski and Lilia Li-Mi-Yan emerged at the junction of contemporary art, social ecology, scientific discoveries in the field of polymer chemistry and the production base for plastic recycling. The gallery space will feature sculptures and video installations by the artists, and the centerpiece will be a flowerbed with live plants, shrubs and transparent drops of biodegradable gel on the ground - a working model of the science-art project created together with the Nizhny Novgorod chemist Sakina Zeinalova.
