Kaluga Museum of Fine Arts holds an exhibition "Masterpieces from Private Collections. The Art of the Silver Age".
Visitors can see over 30 works from private collections of outstanding masters of the Silver Age, including paintings by Ilya Repin, Mikhail Nesterov, Sergey Sudeikin, Sergei Zhukovsky, graphics by Andrei Benois, Mikhail Dobuzhinsky, Vladimir Borisov-Musatov, as well as sculptures and works of arts and crafts.
It is known that collectors do not often part with their masterpieces, so it becomes more valuable to acquaint Kaluga viewers with items of fine art of high artistic merit.
