"The doors are wide open."
The artist's work has a deeply mystical character, rooted in the art of the Middle Ages, with its religiosity and carnival culture. Hence his jesters and semi-fantastic-semi-real animals, symbols and, in part, the color scheme. All of this, of course, is filtered through twentieth-century art, symbolism, surrealism, mystical realism. And hence the abstract, textural and pictorial components of his works, reflecting the author's inner reflection. His own author's style can be designated as mystical intuitionism.
