GALLERIES OF SINO-RUSSIAN ARTISTS. Xiaofeng Qin

The Sino-Russian International Gallery originated from the former Oide Gallery established in 2003. It was founded by the China-Russia Community of Painters. Headquarters is located in the East Exhibition Center of Songzhuang County, Tongzhou District, Beijing. Currently, the Gallery has offices in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Qingdao and Weifang.
In 2003 the Gallery successfully staged an exhibition of contemporary Russian paintings and outline drawings at the National Museum of China.
The Gallery has more than 500 paintings and 300 outline drawings by contemporary Russian masters of art.
Chen Wenhua, a researcher of exhibitions of Russian art in China, notes that "Russian culture and Russian art have long attracted the Chinese with their identity and national originality".
The activities of art galleries in China associated with Russian art show that they are actively engaged in exhibition, scientific, popularization activities.
