Harvard Art Museum is holding an exhibition
"Devouring the Land: War and Landscape in Photography".
The vast exhibition features more than 160 works by 60 artists, ranging from veteran professionals to emerging artists who bring their own approaches to the practice.
The concept of the exhibition examines the surrounding world and society at the intersection of art, environmentalism, militarism, photography, and politics; sheds light on the unexpected and often hidden effects of militarism on the environment; and provides visitors with an opportunity to consider our current concerns and shared future.
