Nodlin Pierre: What Could Have Been Hasn't Yet Appeared

Exhibition January 26 − May 15, 2022
Dallas Museum of Art invites you to visit the exhibition "Nodlin Pierre: What Could Have Been Hasn't Appeared Yet.".

The audience will get acquainted with the first personal exhibition of works of the artist, including five very recently created paintings.

Nodlin Pierre's vivid paintings are opaque, otherworldly depictions of supernatural beings entangled in complex scenes of struggle and intimacy. Re-articulating the historical principles of religious painting, Pierre expresses the spiritual experience of transcendence through the figure of the alter-ego, which recurs in her works.
