At the show "Nature - it has a soul... " (words by F. Tyutchev) presents an amazing layer of art of the realist school of painting of the twentieth century from the collection of the famous collector Valery Fedorovich Pustarnakov. The exhibition includes works of established masters, graduates of the Academy of Arts, as well as Honored and National artists of Russia, among them Vsevolod Bazhenov, Leonard Turzhansky, Vitold Byalynitsky-Birulya, Evsei Moiseenko, Arkady Plastov, Alex Gritsay, Yuri Kugach, Valentin Bernadsky, Ivan Varichev, Vasily Bratanyuk, Sergey Kichko, Boris and Fedor Fedorov, Boris Ugarov and many others. Exactly these masters managed with all completeness and virtuosity to reflect in the work the beauty of nature, feelings and experiences of man, to reveal the spiritual themes, to reflect the epochal events of the past years and our time.
The basis of the exhibition consists not only of works of landscape genre, but also portraits and narrative paintings. Nature is an inexhaustible source of inspiration and an unchangeable teacher for every artist. To feel its beauty and harmony - not every author can. Subtle in mood and truthful in execution of subjects from creative journeys that are included in the exhibition, reflect the diversity of the surrounding life: the vastness of our land, the uniqueness of the Russian cities, the spiritual beauty of man. The exhibition brings together artists who worked at the beginning of the twentieth century and our contemporaries.
