PRIVATE COLLECTION Gallery presents a new opening - "LOVE CITY!"
Painting and graphics from June 26 to July 10, 2022.
Picture Gallery "Private Collection", as part of the 129th anniversary of the founding of Novosibirsk, opens a group exhibition of Novosibirsk artists "Favorite City!
Being in close contact with the audience, the gallery noted that many have become interested in the urban landscape and ask the question "...why have the Novosibirsk artists stopped painting Novosibirsk, as once did Gritsyuk? And exactly he, in the distant 70-s, with his famous Novosibirsk series - "Novosibirsk today", which was first presented at a solo exhibition in Moscow in the hall of the Moscow Union of Artists, immortalized our city for future generations, vividly documenting in color its growth and development.
It was against this backdrop that the idea of an exhibition dedicated to our city emerged. Some great authors responded to the invitation to participate, such as:
Vasenina Olga,
Oleg Gorokhov,
Zhukov Alexander,
Tatyana Kirimova,
Menshikov Sergey,
Oksana Novikova,
Mikhail Parshikov,
Valery Ushkov,
Shadrina-Shetakova Evgenia.
This exhibition includes about three dozen paintings and drawings, many of which will be presented to the public for the first time. A variety of techniques and author's styles will bring a certain diversity in the perception of the genre. From clear and easy-to-read subjects, to figuratively complex and painterly-plastic compositions. But the idea unites - Novosibirsk today.
We invite Novosiberians and guests of our city to visit the gallery, get acquainted with the paintings and their authors, which reflect the life and daily beauty of the Siberian capital.
Mode of operation of the gallery:
Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m
Saturday - Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Admission is free.
