Eva Arakcheev. "Color psychotria on Mont Blanc"

The project "Color psychotria on Mont Blanc" is the result of observations by the author over their own perception of the most common, and sometimes everyday items, objects, situations. The main question that are taken out of context, is: "a Logical if the world around me?" Looking down at her hands, hard to get rid of the temptation to represent the "wrongness" of their form; whether the number of five fingers on the palm? Whether their natural form and color? We used to read the surrounding reality as a given, without analyzing, without checking it on the props. In a new series of paintings eve Arakcheev reinterprets the modern landscape and visual mutations, studying optical illusions. "Color psychotria on Mont Blanc" immerses the viewer in an irrational world in which the usual illogical is synthesized, forming a kind of portal to another world – glitch, absurdity and stagnation.
