Painter. Member of the Union of artists of the USSR.
After graduating from high school, he studied at the art Studio of the all. In 1949 he graduated from the Moscow Art Institute. V. I. Surikov, I. E. Grabar and A. A. Osmerkina.
During the great Patriotic war he worked as a tutor in Karaidel'skiy orphanage (Bashkiria).
Upon returning to Moscow from 1946 a member of the Moscow Association of Artists.
In 1950 he was admitted as a member of Moscow Union of artists. Exhibited since 1953.
From 1962 to 1986, he worked as a teacher of painting at the Moscow academic art school of memory of 1905. Over the years the school has trained many talented artists.
He died in Moscow.
