The Cipressi Gallery continues the tradition of famous salons, the predecessors of which were exhibitions in Rome, which were held every two years in the Pantheon. True, since then, artistic culture has undergone serious changes: if previously European art was characterized by stylistic unity, now different styles coexist at the same time on the artistic scene. In the absence of one or another dominant style, there is a wide space for experiments, which we welcome at Cipressi - painting, graphics, collage, video format, performance and others. However, our gallery is not just another space for the sale of artists' works. Being perfectly aware of the realities of the new time, we demand from our artists to invest in their works a clear message, not just a concept, but also worthy execution, quality and we appreciate the high level of personality of the master himself.
What is our mission? To raise new Yves Kleinov, Basquiat, Piero Manzoni from young Ukrainian artists and bring them to the contemporary art market abroad. How do we do it? Starting cooperation, gallery residents receive professional support - project financing, field trips, including abroad, CV, biography, storytelling, as well as interviews with art critics and opinion leaders in the art business. Decent works are bought by the gallery into its own collection. We will be glad to see you both as a potential resident of the gallery and as a guest at our chamber events with the participation of world experts from the art industry.
