Jekson, artist from St. Petersburg.
Freedom is the best word for his creativity.
Closedness - to indicate his privacy. He is not a fan of social events and increased attention to himself. As the artist himself says: "Ideally, I want my work to be recognized, but I myself remained in the shadows."
Jekson was born in the artist's family, and from early childhood his mother's workshop became a place for his creative experiments and freedom of expression. Both in childhood and now, he writes only in accordance with his mood, desires and thoughts. The characters in the paintings shout, whisper, whistle, take the last breath of air, conduct a dialogue with the viewer, sometimes in an obscene manner! The author's artistic approach is a constant search for eloquent, unsurpassed emotions.
The works are addressed to a huge number of people, thanks to the numerous references to everyday life and the culture that surrounds us.
