Buckingham Palace is the official London residence of the British monarchs. The palace was officially declared the main residence of the British monarchs upon accession to the throne of Queen Victoria in 1837. In the palace there is an art collection of the Queen with the works of Rembrandt, Rubens, etc. The collection also contains French Sevres porcelain, French and English furniture.
