The Jacquemart-Andre Museum (French: Musée Jacquemart-André) is a French art museum located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, on the right bank of the Seine, near the Champs Elysees.
The residence was built during the Second Empire by the architect Henri Paran, commissioned by the spouses Néli Jacquard and Edouard Andre. This house contains a rare collection of paintings - masterpieces of the Italian Renaissance, the French school of fine art of the XVIII century and Flemish masters.
All of the above puts the collection in importance immediately after the Louvre.
