The Museum of Printed Graphics is located in the historic building of the Old Gostiny Dvor.
The museum contains hundreds of works by the most famous artists of the twentieth century, those who created new trends in art. The lithographs of Chagall, Picasso, Dali, silk-screen printing of Erte, Warhol, Liechtenstein and Vasarely and many other authors, little known to the domestic audience.
Visitors have a unique opportunity not only to see the work of the great reformers in art, but also to receive detailed information on how such trends as “cubism”, “abstractionism”, “Art Deco”, “pop art”, etc.
One of the tasks of the project managers is to show that large stratum of works by world-famous artists that is not exhibited at all in major museums or exhibited as an addition to programmatic painting works.
