The "Pictures for Meditations" cycle. 1993-1994 In 1993, Nikolai Sednin conducted a creative experiment, in which he was tasked to test the idea, which he labeled "the effect of the released hand". The works were created with a blindfolded brush on paper, and each image was performed for a few seconds. Later, the works were collected in a single cycle, called "Figures for meditations." In 1995, the Odessa publishing house "Version" published the book "Drawings for meditations", in which 40 works were collected. As a result of the experiment, Nikolai Sednin came to the idea of a possible purposeful change in consciousness in the process of creativity. The cycle formed the basis for the development of the author's methodology for the rehabilitation of the psyche and the direction of Di-Art.
