Mindovsky's mansion. 1904 г.
Architect Lev Kekushev (1862-1917).
It was built in the French-Belgian Art Nouveau style by the Moscow Trade and Construction Joint Stock Company of Jacob Rekka, not under the owner's order, but for sale.
In 1909 the owner of the house became Ivan Alexandrovich Mindovsky (1836-1912) - hereditary merchant, factory worker, from the Old Believers.
From 2017 to 2019, the house underwent architectural restoration, as well as restoring the historic interiors. The Aurora sculpture, which was lost during the Patriotic War, was restored to the roof.
