Anemones the favorite flowers of Raoul Dufy. He has written innumerable times, drawing only anemones, weaving them into bouquets (1, 2, 3).
Dufy came to the delight of shining a combination of red and purple in anemone. His great contemporary Henri Matisse said: "I want to see a tired man looking at my pictures, felt a sense of peace". Dufy also adhered to the position that art must "make good" person.
Raoul Dufy is an unsurpassed master of elegant negligence. Looking at his patterns, his bouquets and paintings, you would never think that he tried that this is "the best". On the contrary, they seem to be random, the natural, the result of impulse, not hard. But in fact, he could very long time to achieve the effect of naturalness, repeatedly turning over and composing the flowers. In the picture bouquets Dufy followed the post-impressionist approach, in an effort to convey the impression of a flower, he feels. Depicting flowers, Dufy in most cases refuses to outlines to give the image of transparency and lightness, as if the randomness, the feeling is not carefully chosen bouquet, and armfuls of flowers.
