(R. 25. VII. 1898) is a cargo. Sov. artist. Honored. artist Load. SSR (1962). Member. Communist. of the party since 1949. Studied in Moscow in the artists ' Studios (1916-17). In 1917-22 he worked in Tbilisi, t-re of Opera and ballet (now T-R them. Paliashvili), has designed ballet productions:

"Carnival" (1920), "Polish ball" (1921), "Flowers of Grenada" (1922), post. M. M. Mordkin. In 1924 participated in the post. the Opera "Keto and Kote" Dolidze T-d workers', soldiers ' and red army deputies (the costumes). In 1928 he graduated from the theatre-Deco-rat. otd. artistic and technical. Institute in Moscow. In 1927-36 worked at a t-PE. Then again in the t-RAH of Georgia; designed the performances: "the Barber of Seville" by Rossini (1938) in the T-re of Opera and ballet. Paliashvili, "the Imaginary invalid" (1943) in the T-re im. Marjanishvili, "King Erekle" Gotua (1944) in Batumi t-re, etc.
