Orenburg Regional Museum of Fine Arts holds an exhibition of Gennady Glakhteev“Retrospective II. On the occasion of the 80th birthday.
A rich and multifaceted exhibition presents more than 50 paintings, as well as drawings and manuscript albums of the artist. The center of the exhibition will be a large canvas "Sunrise" - a landmark work by Gennady Glakhteev, a recognized symbol of the art of the Academy of Sadki group.
For the first time, canvases that never left the workshop will be on display, including monumental and chamber improvisations based on Titian and Veronese, and other old masters. Of particular interest are the experimental cycles of paintings (2018-2019), confirming the creative youth of the master.
