Biography and information
Born in 1962 in Moscow. Graduated mshsh at Institute.Surikov in 1980. He graduated from the Art faculty of VGIK in 1986. Joined the Youth section of the Moscow Union of artists in 1989. Member of the International Art Fund since 1998. The winner of the contest name of Victor Popkov for 2005.
