(1877, St. Petersburg — 1931, Moscow) - Russian architect, made a peculiar contribution to the architecture of Moscow at the beginning of the 20th century. He created his own interpretation of the modern style, which in the projects of the 1910s combined with the original transcription of the motives of Gothic and Romanesque architecture. For Dubovsky's work, stylized castles, knights and pseudo-heraldic animals, clear reminiscences of the Middle Ages, are characteristic.

Designed and built only profitable apartment buildings.

After 1917, the architect was involved in the implementation of the GOELRO plan. He worked as head of the construction department of MOGES.
