Klimentevich Kobelev

Born in the village of Loga Isetsky district of the Tyumen region. Winner of the prize. A. A. Alyabyev Tyumen Komsomol. He studied at the Sverdlovsk art school (1949-1954), Moscow state art Institute. V. I. Surikov (1955-1961) at the E. Kibrik, V. M., Maturin, Yu. p. Rainer. A member of the artists Union of the USSR since 1965. Graph sketcher. Works mainly in the technique of linocut and drawing. The author of industrial landscapes, portraits. Was Chairman of Tyumen organization of Union of artists of the USSR (1966-1967; 1979-1980). Participant of city, regional, zonal , Republican, all-Union and international exhibitions. Personal exhibitions: 1980 (Tyumen exhibition hall), 1981 (Nizhnevartovsk). Works are TMII, THIS, TOKM, Pavlodar Museum of fine arts (Kazakhstan), the state historical Museum (Moscow) and other museums of Russia, in private collections of England, Germany, Canada. Lives in Tyumen.
