(born in 1954) is a hereditary artist. Artists was his great, great grandfather, grandfather and parents – N.F. Mozharskiy (1916-1967) and Honored artist of Russia I. N. Logarska.

Draw Anatoly began since childhood, so the choice of artistic pursuits were his natural and organic.

He studied, like his parents, at the Leningrad Institute of painting, sculpture and architecture.And.E.Repin (former Academy of arts).

Anatoly is a participant of Republican, regional, provincial and many city exhibitions. He is a member of the artists Union of Russia since 1983. In the 1990s a number of years he headed the painting section of the Perm Union.

His works are in the collections of Perm state art gallery, the city art gallery, the Berezniki Museum and private collections abroad.
