Painter. Member of the Union of artists of the USSR.
Was born in Novosibirsk. In 1948 he graduated from all-Union State Institute of Cinematography, where he studied with professors Y. I. Pimenov and F. S. Bogorodsky. After graduating from VGIK V. Nechaeva long time worked as an animator, becoming the artistic Director of the famous cartoon "Tale of the fisherman and the fish" and "the Tale of Tsar-Saltan".
The works of V. Nechaeva stored in the art museums of Arkhangelsk and Novosibirsk.
