Born in Nizhny Novgorod. Graduated, finished the art school (1947-1952). Works in the landscape genre. Member of the Union of artists of Russia since 1966. He was the chief artist of the city of Dzerzhinsk (1969-1975). Since 1953 - the constant participant of regional exhibitions. Exhibitor of zonal ("Great Volga", 1964, 1967, 1974, 1980, 1985, 1991, 1998, 2003), Republican (Moscow, 1965) art exhibitions.
Solo exhibition: Gorky, 1982; Dzerzhinsk, 1999. He taught at the school (1952-1966), Studio of Palace of pioneers (1966-1968).
