He studied in the Studio of Sherwood and Milashkina, at the St. Petersburg Academy of arts in the workshop of P. Bach at the Moscow school of painting, sculpture and architecture under S. Volnukhin. In the early 1920-ies Sandomierz has not remained aloof from the constructivist experiments. She liked the feel of searches that accompanied the work of the Cubists, their desire for active plastic.
