Born in the village Pustoshka, Pskov region. During the great Patriotic war together with his parents evacuated to Palekh. In 1945-1949 he studied at the Palekh art school. Teacher - I. P. Vakurov, A. V. Kotuhin. Since 1949 he worked in the Association of Palekh artists. Died 19 Mar 1998, buried in Palekh.
Themes of works: folklore, literature, genre scenes. Participated in exhibitions since 1965. Work N.And.Bahireva stored in the State Museum of Palekh art.
