(September 16, 1886, p. Petrino, Alexandrovsky district, Vladimir province – January 29, 1954, Leningrad) artist, engaged in painting of porcelain. Brother Ivan Bolshakov.
Since 1901 he lived in St. Petersburg. From 1904 he studied at the Studio of the Imperial porcelain factory of R. F. Wilde. First independent work was created in 1907 vase "Butterflies", "Dandelions", "Clematis".
In 1909-13 he studied at the Drawing school society for the encouragement of arts. Since 1913 the painter in a porcelain factory.
He was very good underglaze landscape painting. Examples of vases of the "Palace square", "Admiralty", "Winter landscape" (all in the Museum of the Leningrad porcelain factory).
From 1934 the chief of the Guild-porcelain factory.
Works are in State Hermitage, State Russian Museum, Elaginoostrovsky Palace-Museum, State Museum-reserve "Peterhof", private collections in Russia and abroad.
