Born in Kremenets, Ukrainian SSR. Honored worker of culture of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous district-Yugra. A member of the Union of artists of Russia, member of International Association of artists UNESCO since 2000. The author of the symbols – the emblem and flag of the city of Kogalym. Since 2004 Director of the Municipal institution "Museum of fine arts" Department of culture and youth policy of a city Administration of Kogalym.
