Graphic artist, painter, honored artist of the RSFSR. Educated at the Rostov art College. Lived and worked in Rostov. Illustrated novel by A. N. Tolstoy "the ordeal" (1967), the poem "Vasily Terkin" by A. Tvardovsky (1967), etc. the Most significant work of the Mosin in the arts of the book - his illustrations to the novel of M. A. Sholokhov "the Quiet don" (1969-1970). The author managed to solve them original and convincing, especially the images of the main characters of Gregory and Aksinya. For creative successes also need to include the illustrations to the story of M. A. Sholokhov nakhalenok (1968), for which the artist received an honorary diploma at the national competition of children's books.
