Born in 1944 in Tsapivka village in Vinnytsia region. Graduated from Odessa art College named. M. B. Grekov and Kiev art Institute. Since 1984 teaches at the Odessa art College. The works of Vitaly Alikberova are in public and private collections in 17 countries, including in the collections of Viktor Yushchenko, Boris Yeltsin, bill Clinton, Metropolitan of Kiev and All Ukraine and Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Alexy II.
