Stanko
Aleksandrovich Zhivkovic

Russia • nació en 1937

Born on 9 Jun 1937 in Simferopol, the Crimean region.

In 1961 he graduated from Odessa Institute of marine engineers.

Until 1994 he worked in the black sea shipping company, honorary worker of marine fleet of the USSR.

In 1973, he graduated from art-graphic faculty of Odessa pedagogical Institute named after K. D. Ushinsky under the guidance of Professor P. A. Zlochevskiy. Working in easel engraving, he began to study painting under the guidance of honored artist of Ukraine V. G. Vlasov.

1974 – the beginning of exhibition activities.

Since 1979 – member of the National Union of artists of Ukraine.

From 1995 to 1999 he worked in the United States.

Currently working in the genres of still life, landscape, portrait and thematic compositions.

Main exhibitions:

exhibition, devoted to 30-anniversary of the liberation of the hero city of Odessa and region from fascist invaders – Odessa, April, 1974, Kiev – August 1974;

"Print-81" - Moscow, 1981;

exhibition of Odessa artists in Oulu (Finland) – 1982;

solo exhibition – Odessa, 1987;

exhibition "Glory and modernity of Odessa" - Japan, 1991;

All-Ukrainian art exhibition "picturesque Ukraine" - 2006.
