Graduated from Odessa art College and State University.In.And.Surikov in Moscow. Worked in Moscow. Since 1948 – a regular participant of art exhibitions. Works M. Suzdaltseva kept in the Tretyakov gallery, the state Russian Museum, Saratov art Museum, Sochi art Museum, Odessa art Museum of Russian art, in galleries and private collections in Russia, Japan, USA, England, Germany and Norway.
