Born in Palekh. Member of the Union of artists of Russian Federation since 1985. Daughter of K. M. and F. M. Melnykovych. In the years 1966-1971 he studied at the Palekh art school. Teacher - A. V. Borunov. In 1971-1989, he worked at the Palekh art-production workshops. Since 1989 works in the creative production of the organization of the Union of artists of Russia "Palekh Partnership". Themes of works: folklore, literature, genre scenes. Participated in exhibitions since 1971. The work of L. K. Nekrasova (Melnikova) are stored in museums: gmpi, timing, Umgeni, HF Russia.
