B. 19 Oct 1962 in Suhut, Nakhichevan region, Azerbaijan. Graduated from hhpi (1985-89), where he studied with L. Zhukovskaya, P. Yurchenko. HO member of the CFS since 1992. Respublikanskikh party, all-Ukrainian and all-Union exhibitions since 1987. Working in a creative workshop.
