Born in Barnaul (Russia). Education: Odessa state art College named. M. Grekova, 1965. 1966 - in the Children's art school № 21 named. K. K. Kostandi, teacher of drawing, painting, composition. Created the country's only private school Kostandi, giving as secondary and art education. Trained more than 500 students, 40 of them are members of the Union of artists and Union of architects of Ukraine. Under the leadership of V. F. Tokarev school. K. K. Constanti won the 24 "Grand Prix".
