B. 12.04.1953, S. Nizhniy Shkaft (Penza region). In Bronnitsy since 1970. He studied at AHPU (1970-74) at A. I. Alekhina.

The artist-designer in designing wooden and musical toys, toy research Institute (Zagorsk, 1975-92). Member of the artists Union (2002).

Created about 200 works of art received more than 20 copyright certificates on introduction of products into production. Working in the field of artistic wood processing. The main area of creativity is the creation of utilitarian objects: boxes, salt shakers, scoops, sculptures of small forms. In the work uses the tradition of Russian folk wood carving.

Major works: sculpture, "Soldier" (1996), a set of boxes "Utitsa" (1998), boxes "Horse and foal", "the Ugly duckling", "the Gingerbread man", "Iron", "Elephant", "Elephant and Pug", "the elephant and the monkey", "Horse" (1997-2003), "the Monk Andrei Rublev", "Anya" (both 2001).

Participant of exhibitions (since 1970), including: regional "To the 100-anniversary of V. I. Lenin" (Moscow, 1970), VDNH (Moscow, 1985, gold medal, 1986, bronze medal), "Autumn salon" (Sergiev Posad, 1997, 1999 – 3rd prize; 2001, 2003), X all-Russian art exhibition "Russia" (M., 2004).
