Mikhail
Alexandrovich Alisov

Russia • 1859−1930

Was born in Kharkov. Ukrainian landscape painter. From 1887 to 1889 he studied at St. Petersburg Academy of arts from Yu Clover. Worked in Feodosia under the leadership of I. Aivazovsky. Lived in Kharkov and the Crimea. Painted landscapes: "the Yalta, Feodosia Bay", "Fog" (all – 1889) "the River UDA near Bases" (1900) and others.
