In the Penza art school Mikhail Vasilyevich Bunkin taught for over 30 years. Here was his workshop, here in the wing and he lived with his entire extended family. Student of Russian painters of the classical artist was particularly fond of the landscape, developing the tradition of plein air painting, reflecting primarily emotional perception of the artist nature.
