People's artist of Russia, full member of Russian Academy of ARTS.
Born in 1934 in Moscow. Graduated MGHI them. VI Surikov in the Studio of easel graphics E. Kibrik (1960), and then a Creative workshop of the Academy of arts. Starting with the early works, and later on in the series devoted to the far North "Chukotka", "Chukotka. White day", "Chukotka. Polar night" — felt poetic talent of the artist. High taste and technical mastery sheets at the prose and poetry of Ivan Bunin and Sergei Yessenin.
His works are in State Tretyakov gallery, State Russian Museum, the Museum of fine arts. A. S. Pushkin, in the galleries and museums of Krasnoyarsk, Arkhangelsk, Magadan, and in private collections the USA, Germany, and Austria.
