Biography and information
A Student Of Karl, Vanloo. Was at the Academy of Arts from 1760 in 1763 by the Director and a Professor of historical painting. Wrote an allegorical picture at the opening of I. A. H. in 1758 and Later was an adjunct Professor of the Paris Academy of Arts, its Director (1781) and curator of the art Museum (1804) (Kondakov)
