Born in D. Tablino Gorodetsky district. Semenov graduated from the technical College of mechanical wood processing in 1959. Artist Gorodets painting. Member of the Union of artists of Russia since 1991. Since 1963, participant of regional exhibitions . Exhibitor of zonal ("Great Volga", 1991, 1998, 2003), Republican (Moscow, 1990, 1992), national (Moscow, 1993, 1997, 1999, 2000) art exhibitions. Personal exhibitions: town of Gorodets, 1999.
