P. Kirov was born in Kamyzyaksky district of the Astrakhan region. 9 Jun 1961 in 1984. he graduated from the Astrakhan medical Institute im. Lunacharskiy A. V.,participation in exhibitions since 2000. (Christmas exhibition in Central house of artists, Moscow), participation in the project ARTINDEX 05,06,07.
